Our History
It has been through the Enterprise Development Program (EDP) where a massive exposure and experience of working with bigger companies was obtained (e.g. Hesto & Unitrade). These two big entities remain PCS’ clients to date, Our growth was massively accelerated by the SAB Tholoana programme through their business empowerment initiatives. PCS has created employment opportunities for over 150 individuals and 70% of them is youth.
Vision and Mission
Our vision is to contribute to development of the contract cleaning industry and communities, by pooling out informal labour to the formal sector and upskilling them in order to provide cleaning services and and staff that reflects the progressive nature of the industry and country. We aim to achieve our vision through training and development of our staff members oiled together with the introduction of advanced cleaning methods.
